Everything that you will need: Computer, Skype Internet

- A computer or laptop - whether PC or Mac
- A webcam with integrated microphone (now standard) - either separately connected or already in the laptop
- A DSL Internet connection
- The free video chat software Skype - here is the download-link.
- If you own an electronic drumset set it up to room level volume (for example by using an amplifier or a home stereo system) so that I can hear you all the time.
It works best if you place your laptop or computer right in front of you or to the side of your drum set - you should be able to see and access it very well at all times. If you don't own an amplifier or something similar, it is okay. You are certainly using headphones then which means that you will have to connect your computer’s audio output socket to your drumsets audio input socket to understand me properly. But don't worry about these details! We can take our time to arrange all this during the trial lesson - overall it isn’t that much more complicated than connecting your MP3 player to a stereo.
