"What exactly will I see and hear when I do a lesson on skype…?"
In order to give you more than just a basic idea of a certain rhythm, I use a lot of equipment. This way, I am able to show you the details and specific techniques in order to learn. The goal is to give you a complete and detailed lesson in the comfort of your own home.
That is what you can expect:
- 4 different camera views that can be switched at any time during the lesson.
- Camera 1 shows me in my studio, so the lessons are more personal.
- Camera 2 provides an overview of me and the complete drumset from above.
- Camera 3 shows the foot pedals, for detailed views on foot-techniques.
- Camera 4 is a swivel-mounted camera that allows us to move it to any angle. This enables me to even demonstrate and explain the most nuanced sticking techniques.
- Through my headset, I will provide you with very clear and high quality audio comments at all times.
The lesson can be recorded (audio and video), either on my side or with the corresponding software (freeware - here is the download-link) on your computer. In time you will not only have an online sheet music but also a comprehensive video course.
